About Proptek

Proptek is a division of "International Plant Propagation Technology" and was launched in order to provide plant propagation solutions for the Woody Ornamental / Hardy Nursery Stock and tree market plus the vegetable transplant production market.

We have owned and run our own plant propagation nurseries for the last 25 years and as such have a wealth of plant propagation experience to call on. Additionally we made our first injection molded plastic propagation tray in 1986 so also have a lot of plastics experience and an ability to marry the two together .

The future of our industry will be founded on higher quality and increased automation to reduce cost price. We believe our trays and allied mechanization developments will help to revolutionize the mechanization of plant propagation as well as improve uniformity and root quality.

We also supply seedhouse equipment for all types of seedhouses (vegetables, ornamentals, and forestry) and we have included details of a selection of this equipment in our Machinery area along with details of our full range of machinery.
