This is the first complete small line produced as one integrated unit. It is however also a modular system so you can take as little or as much as you like.
The TO55S is a completely automatic precision single row needle seeder which will run at up to 60 rows per minute.
The machine does not need a compressor. It has a micro computer control system which sets and adjusts all functions including repeat multiple sowing, speed, suction time and strength., dwell time in hopper, amount of vibration and distance into seed hopper for needles
Complete with 8 sets of needles which will sow seeds as small as lobelia and naked tobacco to awkward seeds like marigolds, zinnia, naked celery etc.
Vibrating seed hopper can work with very small quantities of seed.
Changing from one tray to another requires a new sowing and dibble bar which can be quickly changed.
The tray filler has its own compost hopper and elevator and can be linked to most soil supply systems.
The vermiculite applicator and water tunnel speed the tray up to apply the desired amount of both vermiculite and water and excess material is collected in hoppers under the belt.
