This 126 cell tray has a unique cell design that can either be loose filled or used with 35 mm diameter Ellepots.

The ideal product for forestry or woody ornamental growers who are looking to propagate their plant in an air pruning container, and from which it can then be transplanted into a larger container or directly into the final location. The unique cell design helps to air prune the root tips and offers excellent drainage and aeration.

1 Full truck loads can fit more trays per pallet as a dedicated full size 53ft lorry is used for delivery. For partial truck loads, we cannot guarantee the height of the lorry, so pallets must fit into all commercial freight vehicles. If arranging your own transport, please advise us at the earliest opportunity on the internal height of your vehicle.

2 Trays are stacked loose or partly loose to get the maximum number of trays per container. This will result in lower unit shipping cost but also more labor to unload

By using the Proptek pot in tray growing system (both TALL and SHALLOW pot in frame) I am able to get 50% more plants in my greenhouse vs. growing in the conventional #1 gallon, and at least 66% more than conventional #2, or #5 containers. I am getting more units per square foot by using the Proptek growing system.

Additionally the Proptek plants grow faster and produce a better quality root system due to the abundant air pruning achieved with this pot. The air pruning slots also improve aeration and drainage making for a happier, healthier plant. More units and faster turns all equates to more dollars!!

I think they [Proptek’s propogation containers] are one of the best root pruning pots out there.  For one thing they are in a 10×20″ format which allows us to be able to maximize our bench space, where other types of air pruning pots leave a lot of open bench space.

I also like the way the plant is easily pulled from the pot and then easily put it back into the pot when checking the roots.  I like the injection mold type of pot instead of cheaper thermoformed pots.  They last much longer and are definitely worth the price point.  I think these pots should be more widely used in the industry, therefore making better roots on plants for the whole industry.
