The deep version of our 231 cell long life nesting vegetable propagation tray. A versatile tray for growing a wide range of crops in a wide range of locations across the world.

With a cell volume of 20cc, precise tapered cell and Proptek’s root training and air pruning technology, plants are strong and healthy and pull easily time and time again.

The Proptek 231 tray was design to replace the equivalent sized (10×20”) 200 cell thermoformed tray. This is possible due to the injection molded design of our tray, meaning more plants in your greenhouse without compromising on plant quality. More plants means more profit at the end of the season.

The injection molded construction also lends itself to other features, such as root training ribs and larger cell drainage hole. This means roots are better quality, circle less and can’t embed themselves into the cell wall – which all means a much easier plant to pull

The heavy duty design remains lightweight, but has a long extended working life – usually 10+ years with multiple cycles per year.

Trays can be steam sterilized with no negative effects on life of tray or plant pulling.

Also available as a shallower tray with lower cell volume.

1 Full truck loads can fit more trays per pallet as a dedicated full size 53ft lorry is used for delivery. For partial truck loads, we cannot guarantee the height of the lorry, so pallets must fit into all commercial freight vehicles. If arranging your own transport, please advise us at the earliest opportunity on the internal height of your vehicle.

2 Trays are stacked loose or partly loose to get the maximum number of trays per container. This will result in lower unit shipping cost but also more labor to unload
