Details & Features

This 40 cell Danish sized Air Tray® was developed for people wanting to move trays on Danish trollies and is ideal for Forestry tree propagation either loose filled or with an Ellepot in it. The plant density is lower than other Proptek trays which gives a bigger cell volume and more space to get a taller plant with larger caliper.

This Air Tray® is ideal for Forestry plants that need a more space such as oak and also shrub species and produces a great air pruned root system as there are air pruning slots on the side of the cell as well as a very open base. These features produce a very large number of young vigourous roots that will explode into growth when field planted or bumped up.

There are three options on this Air Tray® :-

  • 040SDANHL – This version features the legs that act as benching
  • 040SDANHI – This version features a short interlock to stop Air Tray® without legs sliding about
  • 040SDANH – This version features a flat Air Tray® base with no leg or interlock.

1 Full truck loads can fit more trays per pallet as a dedicated full size 53ft lorry is used for delivery. For partial truck loads, we cannot guarantee the height of the lorry, so pallets must fit into all commercial freight vehicles. If arranging your own transport, please advise us at the earliest opportunity on the internal height of your vehicle.

2 Trays are stacked loose or partly loose to get the maximum number of trays per container. This will result in lower unit shipping cost but also more labor to unload
